The importance of empathy as a social emotional skill has widely become recognized as a competency necessary for educating youth that has implications beyond the classroom environment. 

This session will explore the benefits and opportunities to educate with empathy that span beyond the classroom, leading to stronger communities, broader social emotional intelligence in youth and cultivating future leadership.
