This session will explore how marketing strategies are adapting to consumer ​preference for authenticity and​​ ​demand for ​products that can tell a​ compelling and​ relatable story. Hear from speakers Gerardo Galvan, the marketing genius behind Topo Chico, Michael Ventura, author of Applied Empathy, and Kelly Peters of BEworks who is leading complex innovation projects on the intersection of human behavior and consumer habits.
