ANTIX Apparel Street Couture to Unveil "February" Collection

ANTIX Apparel Street Couture to produce The ANTIX Show in collaboration with Denver Arts & Venues’ Cultural Partner Program at McNichols Civic Center Building on February 25, 2018.

Kohara Paige and Jasmine Bowman are the visionary and creator, respectively at the helm of the ANTIX movement, bringing a distinctive eye and perspective to the streetwear community. The consortium will highlight significant events that take place in “February” with the release of a collection by the same name.

The Denver-based clothing line went from an idea to a viable movement with a sustained following in February five years ago and the latest designs are inspired by the life of Trayvon Martin who was born and also died in February“The ANTIX Show” will feature a full runway production complete with art, music, aerial artists and performances for a night of urban fashion to remember.

On site will be live painters creating works inspired by “February” to complement the multiple looks displayed on the runway. An urban fashion show of this magnitude is significant in the city of Denver, highlighting models of all varieties and an entirely independent fashion production.

The McNichols Civic Center Building is the perfect backdrop to bring to life the vision of two women creators in the fashion community. The Cultural Partner Program was designed to cultivate collaboration between Denver Arts & Venuesand entities aspiring to present professional-level arts and cultural performance and exhibitions.
