2020 Special Events Forum

Join the Office of Special Events for the annual Special Events Forum on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, 3:30 - 6:30 p.m. at the McNichols Building.

There will be special activities, information tables and presentations provided by various city agencies as well as time to connect with old and new friends over delicious food and drinks. A big "thank you" to Avant Garde Productions who will again be providing the beverages!

We're excited that City Councilman Chris Hinds from District 10 will be providing this year's keynote address. Councilman Hinds represents one of the most popular city districts for events that includes the Civic Center area, and the Golden Triangle, Capitol Hill, Cherry Creek and Cheesman Park neighborhoods. He will be sharing his personal insights into the importance of ensuring that events are always accessible to everyone.
