Denver Arts & Venues (DAV) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to identify an experienced restaurateur to lease and activate the first floor and outdoor patio of the historic McNichols Civic Center Building.
DAV seeks a long-term partner in the development of a new museum at the McNichols Civic Center Building to showcase the history and culture of Denver. Responses due January 16, 2026.
