Now Accepting Proposals for McNichols Building Museum Partner

The Division of Real Estate, in partnership with Denver Arts & Venues (DAV), is seeking a best-in-class museum operator to lease and activate the Boettcher Cultural Pavilion (Second Floor) of the McNichols Civic Center Building, located at 144 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, Colorado. The purpose of this solicitation is to offer a specialized space for the establishment and operation of a museum that highlights the history and culture of the City and County of Denver. The Deadline for Submission of Proposals is January 16, 2026, 12:00 PM MT.
