MOFFOM Panel

The Music On Film–Film On Music Documentary Fund (MOFFOM) is a grant program established by the Denver Film Society with the generous support of John Caulkins. MOFFOM funds documentary filmmakers facing production expenses related to music licensing, scoring and composition. 

In its inaugural year (2017), three projects were chosen for funding: Going to Mars, The Industrial Musicals and The Untitled Jennifer Laude Project. Join the filmmakers behind these projects, along with our grant reviewers—music licenser Cathy Carapella, composer Shawn King and music supervisor–soundtrack producer Jonathan Palmer—in a discussion about making the most of music in a documentary film.
