Denver Arts & Venues Installed Fence Wrap

On Friday, October 30, Denver Arts & Venues installed a fence wrap to beautify the construction site while the McNichols Building undergoes changes over the next year. Denver artist Sabin Aell was commissioned to design a mural on vinyl.

Work Begins

Public Works issued the notice to proceed on the morning of October 9. Sparing no time, selective demolition almost immediately began on the McNichols Building and the area has been designated hard hat only.
